Had an issue with my key not being able to turn in the ignition and had to get my car towed in to HM. I had no appointment and they got me in and 100% back on the road later that day. Unbelievable service and super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend 100% for any of my cars needs! Thanks again HM team!
Oil change/check up on my 2019 X3. They guys are SO awesome. Got me in quickly, i waited just about an hour. Personable and polite and know exactly what they are talking about. Very reasonable and fair pricing. Will be going back for tires. They were able to give me multiple different pricing options. Awesome business. Thank you!
The staff here are terrific- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Love having a place in town that can work with European cars. I trust them with my Volvo. They communicate well and also are able to give me a heads up if there is anything that might need to be done in the near future on the vehicle.
Another Seamless Experience at HM. I Per usual received all of the Repairs my Sons New to him Used car needs now and what it will need down the road. I selected right from my phone what to do to make it safe and to pass NH State Inspection. Videos and Pictures of the car sent right to my phone only adds to the Transparency of their Business Model.

My friend told me about HM Motor Works. She said “you tried the rest now try the best” she was right! I had them replace my tires and alignment. I also had a laundry list of things to check. Shaun walked me through my list and recommended other things to add to my list. HM went above and beyond in my opinion.
I had HM Motor Works mount and install tires on my forged wheels which are fairly expensive. I dropped off the wheels and had the tires shipped directly to them. They reached out to me when the tires arrived and updated me of the status. Then they followed up when the tires were mounted. They did an excellent job and were very careful with the wheels and made it very easy for me.
The staff and technicians at HM are incredibly professional and thorough. I love that they go through the vehicle and then provide an online estimate of suggested repairs that you can choose to accept or decline. So grateful to have competent people locally who can work on our Ferrari 575M.
